Who we are

ROASted (“we”, “us”) provides an AI analysis tool for e-commerce ad accounts. This policy explains what we collect through the ROASted app (not this marketing site) and why.

What we collect

  • Account information you give us directly: name, email, password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
  • Connected-platform data, read-only, only for platforms you explicitly connect: ad performance data from Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads; order and product data from your store (Shopify or WooCommerce); campaign performance from Mailchimp. We request read-only OAuth scopes — ROASted cannot post, spend, or change anything on these platforms on your behalf.
  • Report history: a compact record of past analyses (ad IDs, ROAS, and the verdict given) so later reports can reference trends over time.
  • Usage data: basic technical logs (timestamps, error traces) used only to keep the service running.

How we use it

Solely to generate your analysis report and display it to you. Connected-account data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party except the sub-processors below.

Sub-processors

Generating a report requires sending the relevant performance data to an AI provider (Anthropic, and in some cases Google or OpenAI) to produce the written analysis. These providers process the data to return a result and do not use it to train models on our plan. We choose providers with a stated policy against training on submitted business data.

Data retention

Connected-account credentials and report history are kept for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any platform or delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or disconnect any connected platform at any time. Contact us at [email protected] for any request not available directly in your dashboard.

This marketing site sets one cookie (roasted_lang) to remember your language choice (English or Serbian). It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify active accounts by email before the change takes effect.
