FAQ

Questions worth answering before you connect anything.

Is my data safe?

Every connection is read-only OAuth — ROASted can't post, spend, or change anything on your accounts. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Full detail on our Security page.

Which platforms can I connect?

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Mailchimp today. See the Integrations page for what each one contributes to a report.

How much does it cost?

ROASted is in early access and free while we shape pricing around results, not seat count. See the Pricing page for where that stands.

How long does an analysis take?

Seconds. A typical account is analyzed in under ten seconds; a few hundred ads take about half a minute, mostly spent downloading creatives. Every ad gets its own pass, not a sampled subset.

What happens if my account barely has any orders yet?

ROASted flags it instead of guessing. A high ROAS on four orders gets marked "not enough data," not celebrated as a winner — that's the statistical-reliability check working as intended.

Does this work for agencies managing multiple client accounts?

Yes — see the Solutions page. The same statistical rigor runs on every client account, so a report reads consistent whether it's your third client or your thirtieth.

Can ROASted post, spend, or change anything on my ad accounts?

No. Every platform connection requests read-only scopes specifically, and nothing in ROASted is built to write back to a connected account.

Why does every report start with a choice between Standard and Conversions?

Because those are two different kinds of truth. CTR, CPC and watch time are measured by the platform and correct on every account. ROAS and purchases depend on your pixel being set up right — so ROASted audits them first, and tells you when they can't be trusted instead of building advice on top of them.

What if my pixel or Conversions API is broken?

The report detects it — spend with zero recorded purchases, purchases with no value, more purchases than clicks — says so in plain language, and switches to delivery metrics. Finding out your tracking is broken is often worth more than the report itself.

Do reports use AI?

Not for the numbers. Reports are computed deterministically from your data — same input, same report, every time, in seconds. AI is used where language actually helps: the chat about your report and cross-report summaries.

What languages are reports available in?

Serbian and English today — the report follows the language you're using the platform in. More languages are added as templates, so they stay consistent, not machine-translated on the fly.

I manage 600+ ad accounts. Will this hold up?

That's the scale it's tested at. Accounts are picked by whole Business Center, spend is grouped the way agencies think, new accounts can auto-connect, and per-report cost doesn't grow with your portfolio.
